Job Description

We’re looking for a Cloud Systems Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. This role will focus on helping us execute our Partner & Direct-to-Consumer roadmaps. This position can be Remote or located in our Lancaster, PA office (post COVID-19).

Job Responsibilities

  • Launch, maintain & ensure stability of network & cloud infrastructure
  • Manage & maintain various corporate systems such as VPN, VOIP system, WordPress, etc.
  • Administration of company-wide applications (GSuite, Slack, etc.)
  • Maintain cloud & network documentation, system roadmaps, & internal processes
  • Identify, document & prioritize network & cloud security initiatives
  • Ongoing review of all systems to ensure compliance with corporate security policies
  • Manage & maintain logging & alerting systems to ensure usefulness and reduce noise
  • Assist with code and infrastructure deployments (CI/CD)


  • You’ve been in a Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator role for 5+ years
  • You’ve got 3+ years of experience across a wide range of AWS products (ECS, EC2, CloudWatch, etc.)
  • You’ve helped build and maintain large-scale, high-performance, resilient systems (preferably in an API-based business model)
  • You’re able to work effectively in a distributed team environment
  • You possess exceptional work ethic & attention to detail
  • You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills
